Commerical Hockey League here in Edson.
pucking came sliding back to me from centre, I had a player from the other team bearing down on me, so I skated out to play the puck, cause I had a winger up near centre ice along the boards.
so I go to shoot the puck up towards my winger and completely fanned on the shot. the other teams players skated by me laughing and picked up the puck and put it in the empty net. thankfully we were winning handily at the time, but my team was just busting at gut laughing on the bench. I got some serious ribbing in the dressing room afterwards.
i wasnt allowed to play the puck again after that.
