My uncle was not enfeebled in his older age. It can also happen when one is quite younger too. Lung Cancer is not just a disease of the aged.

There's an elderly lady in our gym that's in her 70's. She hikes in the mountains on a regular basis and has a fitness level that is better than some of the younger people that use the facility. The pont is you can have relatively good health in your later years if you take better care of your health when your younger
