If you are doing 120 and I am going faster, then I will expect at your first possible chance for you to move to the right and let me pass. If you do not take a clear opportunity to move over and let me pass then I will probably pass you on the right when it is safe for me to do so.
But if it is impossible for you to move over, I will notice that, and not tailgate you too hard. I would still follow close.
If 4X4 comes up behind me then I would move out of his way, I always get out of the way of father moving vehicles, unless I myself wish to now go as fast as they are going.
