You'd be arrested in the US and charged with possession, if caught with it in your car. Whether its yours or not.
I've just seen it destroy too many lives of people close to me. Aslo, since I know what it's like to not have properly functioning lungs and since I've taken advanced organic chemsitry classes, I would never inhale superheated smoke into my lungs willingly.
