It's so funny when people start citing "laws" as their justification for thair holier than thou attitudes. Just like it's against the law to slow down really slow, but not actually stop at that stop sign in the middle of the night. Or do the same thing at a right turn on a red light.

I should stake out the 4 way by my place and run out in the street and MAKE people stop because it is the law.
