I remember back in the early 80s, it used to start at the end of April, but they moved it up to the beginning of April.

It looks like they're the same as us during the winter, but the same as the rest of BC during DST. I knew Saskatchewan doesn't change because they didn't want to confuse their cows, but I didn't know that there was anywhere else in Canada that didn't change.
