But fine it is spin. What Flaherty is really up in arms about is that he had his little 5000 a year tax savings account which basically helps only those making enough money that they have maximized their 20,000 dollar contribution to RRSP's. Now there is another RRSP style tax saving that helps out the middle class. If you are making 60,000 dollars a year, work hard and play by the rules the Liberals are willing to give you a break. They know you have 2 kids who you would love to see be able to go to college. And they are willing to help you out with that endeavor.

How any party can be against a tax cut that will be used to better educate Canadians and thus have a better educated populace is beyond me.
So if the libs introduced a motion so that all students don't pay income tax, the Conservatives should just accept it because it would be good for students?
