Several groups are expressing their outrage over a legal loophole that allows children to bring tobacco over the border. The rule change took effect last May.
Border guards say the change is ethically and morally wrong. The memo they received last year told them no federal or provincial law has the right to stop minors from importing tobacco. They've been told to stop asking for the age of those importing smokes.

Thoughts?
I think it is absolutly stupid that the government is allowing the importation of tobacco by minors. If there isn't a law on the books to stop it, make a law.
