$100 on four hookers. Chances are atleast one of them has blow already on them and will toss it in as 'part of the package' for free. If not, you can always just rob them after they leave and either a) do a line, or b) walk to the closest high school and re-sell it for an inflated price.
Either way it's a win-win situation.
