That was a much better format because it was just raw, and it was just personal - only people that you had as other post-secondary friends could see it. Nothing fancy, just a neat little idea. Granted, other people had to use it to make it effective, and I guess that's what happened.

The apps are the worst part of Facebook now; except for one - LOLCats. That's the only one that I have, and it's always moar den worf it k thnx bai.
I think its inevitable that its like that. Any time something becomes an influential part of your life, there is always going to be disdain at the thought that it is taking away your "freedom". Be it parents, a girlfriend, hookers and blow..........whatever. They all have positives and for better or worse make life better, but the idea of something else having control of you just doesn't sit right.
