Thanks for the advice, I edited the item and took out the negotiable part, and also added a comment about contacting me to discuss prefered packaging & shipping methods.

There is also a tare on the siding of the stretched canvas that is not visable on the front - should I take some pictures of it and add it to the listing?

My reason for saying price is negotiable is that I really only need $5000 to put towards the start-up of my proposed business, I think I would even take an offer of $4000?

I think I will open up one of those Paypal accounts today...
