It's a place I would seriously consider moving to. Decent neighbourhood, good ammenities, etc.
But there's one thing that scares my friends that live there. Glenmore is about to be widend, and they are about to connect Riverbend to DouglasGlen. What does that mean? Well, all sorts of traffic in what was once a quiet neighbourhood.
