Both of them only vote when they don't want the favourite to win. (i.e. They vote Liberals when it looks like there is a chance the Conservatives will win.) Otherwise, they'll vote if they have time. I know they've skipped out on 1 federal election, and only voted in provincial elections when Ralph Klein was running (a fan of RK). They never vote in municipal elections.
