I don't know if I agree with the second part. Of course, like you I will always vote. I do so because I don't deserve it. Because 2 generations along with others fought wars to preserve the democratic way of life. I owe so much to those before me that I will always do my part to remember their sacrifice by using my ballot.

Should other citizens have the right "not to vote?" Hmmm, probably, but it speaks to the definite lack of intellectual apathy among our citizenry who decide to stay on the couch instead of go down the road to the polling station. This compared to even 20 years ago.
