I guess if enough people did reject there ballot it would be reported. The one question I have is there a difference between spoiled ballots and rejected votes (the voter did not want to vote for any party) because if there isn't then really, we dont know how many were due to not voting for a party and ######s not knowing how to mark the ballot but wanted to vote.
