I suppose it is prostitution-like . . . It's really no different than running a web based sex site out of the home. I'm not sure the fact that she had a running goal makes it a whole lot different than lots of people all over the world running their own adult web business. I wouldn't be comfortable being her husband, but different strokes for different folks (quite literally in this situation).
Personally I don't feel as though she's doing anything wrong or original. I do however feel she's a huge tool based off of this quote:

. . . placing breast augmentation surgery in the same boat as famine relief is a little much. Regardless, I see her as nothing more than a worker in the sex industry. I say that not to be condescending, but to reiterate my point that she isn't that unique.
