Thats mostly it, if you go on a long highway trip with the engine revving higher you might develop a case of the slap.
I was looking into this a few years ago when I threw some 3.73s into my Mustang, 4.10s would have made highway driving that car basically impossible.
But on a new truck, you shouldnt need 4.10s. Even if you're hauling heavy loads consistantly, the truck should have more than enough power to get up and go with 3.73s.
I mean, if you're hauling something huge several times a day, day in and day out and using the thing as a construction or landscaping truck then go for it, but otherwise it seems extraneous.
