Well Doug Murrays head butt spurs on a Nordique rally from 2-0 down to earn a tie with the Jackets. Shortly after Murray returned to the ice more good stuff goes down as Rhett Warrener charged Freddie Sjostrom and took out Sjostrom and his own player Sami Kapanen. Although Kapanen was coughing up blood and in obvious discomfort Nords coach Jacques Lemaire knowing his team is razor thin in depth and had already lost Rhett Warrener makes Kapanen suffer in the box for 5 minutes to serve the penalty before he was allowed to be rushed to the Emergency Room.

Tommorrow will be fun considering 4 of my better forwards are all injured in Barnes, Novotny, Sjostrom, and Cogliano. I don't even have enough players left to field a fricken team. Hopefully a couple of these pansies will recover enough tommorrow for me to bring them off IR.
