At least that's what I think is happening. The intersection of 17th and 14th is closed off, 14th is closed all the way back to 12th, and water is flowing down 17th by the Wendy's at 12th Street.
There should be some video on the late news, saw CFCN shooting there.
Pretty darn happy I work late tomorrow if this is still an issue tomorrow!
