I just had to. New home sales... I've wanted to get in to the industry for the past 3 years. I finally got an offer and I had to refuse because I have a substantial down payment on a vacation that conflicts with the job.

I've been waiting for this offer for what seems like forever. I had to give it up because the commission structure is too risky for the amount I need to save for this trip. This friggin sucks.
