This person has the intense need to put some sort of animated face to:
A) Stress an already obvious point

B) Disagree, but do not want to come of as offensive person
John Doe: I wish the Conservatives were more concerned about the environment.
John Hancock: I understand what you are saying but I must respectfully disagree with your statement. The conservatives do care about the environment, they just do not state it clearly enough.
