I don't know the situation, but it really didn't appear to be a raid at the time, but rather no one thought that anyone would be there. What is worse now is likely you have four mothers and four fathers that are going to have to bury their childern. That is something no parent should ever have to do. How does someone inform someones mother that their son was killed by the fukcing scum of the earth - how do you comfort someone in that situation.
To answer your question though, that was nearly half of their police force. Three out of seven officers have been murdered.
