5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Banff Trail. 5 blocks from the Banff Trail LRT station, must be a 10 or 15 minute walk to the UofC and the same or less to Northland Mall (which sports a Safeway).

The whole house for $1,495 plus utilities. There is a washer and dryer and a huge backyard and also a single garage. Pets are ok (including dogs). A four month lease to start and then I'll extend the lease monthly after that. This house will not be available long term, hence the 4 month plus monthly extension.

I like to keep good tenants, so I offer incentives to move to another of my properties when possible or necessary.
