As a cure for the Writer's Strike doldrums, I see that Season 5 of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is back on Food Network. Note that this is the proper British version and not the lame-o US version. You can totally see the difference in the two shows - Ramsay is much more patient and works with the Chef, Owner, and Front of house - no yelling and screaming. Far more interesting that the US version.

Ruby Tate's was the opener - good episode with an odd Nathan Lane like owner. It's also interesting to see that they'll be revisiting La Parra de Burriana and the Fenwick Arms again...
