There will most likely be massive native protests, including the blockading of roads. Should be interesting to see how the government responds when nobody can get to Whistler on an important day.

I also wonder what's going to happen with East Hastings. Maybe a big crackdown and influx of "undesireables" to the lower mainland surrounding areas? Or perhaps they just send them to the nearest big city. Hmmm... which one...
