You have to start some where, and one man, a black man, could be that start. That's the one reason why Obama could make some serious changes in Washington. He's not entrenched with any of the think tanks or the think tank cronies. Like I say, its a start. It depends who he surrounds himself with in his cabinet. The Democrats are much weaker in the think tanks too, so they won't have as secure a grip.
