ya, that's a good point, I disagree with most of what you said until this. I think you are using the concepts of gun culture and gun registries interchangeably, and I disagree with that, I mean criminals who have ill intent in mind with guns aren't exactly going to be first in line to register their gun. Registration is simply a way to tax the people who don't want to shoot people.
