They shouldn't have really even charged your card until it shipped (though some stores do).
Yup, just call the CC company and do a chargeback, they'll probably ask for all the info like the website, copies of your invoice and communications with them, all that sort of thing, they'll try and contact them to resolve it, and if they can't then they'll refund your $$.
