My Internet Explorer somehow has lost the top line - where the forward and back arrows are located as well as the line where I enter a URL and the google box is located. I've closed and reopened IE and same thing happens. I can get the line back if I move my cursor all the way to the top of the IE screen but I want the line to be there permanently. How do I restore it? I have the newest version and unlike previous versions I don't see anywhere I can change preferences.
