In her declaration, Mrs Spears claims: "Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney, he has cut Britney's home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything - Britney's business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate."

The paparazzi present obeyed Lutfi "like a general", Mrs Spears states in the document.
Lutfi lied to Spears that her boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, was in the bathroom so she would not leave, the declaration continues.
"Britney then became very agitated and could not stop moving. She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs' clothes many times. Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl".
At one point, Britney "picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake," Mrs Spears states.

She continues: "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) and Seroquel. He told us that he puts them in her food."

Lutfi also allegedly threatened: "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."'
