I had one week (7)where i didn't sleep at all, not one minute. I stayed up dying of pain. When i was just about to fall asleep my muscle down there would twitch and i would end up sitting there in my bed all night.. I cried for hours. I have never stayed up for this long ever. My whole body ached and i was in a constant panic over not sleeping. I stressed about not sleeping more than the pain in my ass...
I had a fissurectomy on Jan3rd and i have never felt better.

How does something like that happen? What does the surgery entail? glad to hear you are doing well now.
