Giants stopped the Pats on 3rd and 3 so the Patriots went to go punt on 4th and 3. On that punt, the Giants had 12 guys on the field. One guy quickly ran off and was about 2 inches from getting off the field literally when the Patriots snapped the ball. Giants were challenged for 12 men which was ruled they did have 12 men, resulting in a 5 yard penalty and a 1st down.
