I work from home so I'm pretty much home all day. From 6:00 AM to 9:00AM on week days I have it at 21, from 9 until 3:30 it goes down to 18 and from 3:30 to 9:00 at night it's at 20. Overnight we have it go down to 15.5. The Programmable Thermostat is nice to have though. When I was on hollidays I was able to heat the house for short periods of time so the cats wouldn't freeze, but not have to keep it at 21 or something like that the whole time.
