Cranked to 30 so it stays on all the time and we have the windows and balcony door to balance it. Its the only way to achieve a good temp. Otherwise its too hot or if you leave it down at a lower temp it gets way too cold and you end up cranking it and it gets too hot. So the windows have to stay open.
