It always cracks me up when people say "George Bush is the kind of guy you'd like to have a beer with."
Newsflash: GWB is a recovering alcoholic. He won't be having a beer with you any time soon--or setting foot in your neighbourhood bar for that matter.
At the same time, it's hard for me to understand why being a recovering alcoholic who's been sober for years is a bad thing. It's almost the only achievement of his that I respect.
