You shouldn't. But 1 Big Mac taken in moderation wont affect anything - not to mention said "tub of goo" probably woke up late and had to grab a quick bite to eat at lunch.
There are literally thousands of things which can make someone obese, which is why it would be almost impossible/illogical to tax or ban them all.
