Bottom line, these groups have been marginalized and while they might gain new members, they're not the force that they were in the 40's or 50's.
They don't have the power with law enforcement that they used to, and they don't have the backings of whole communities anymore.
Their right to free speech and to congregate is protected, but words shouldn't hurt anyone anymore.
The worst thing that anyone can do is give them validity, beat them up, respond to them or engage them in debate.
