I kind of agree with you. However, I am really, really hesitant about throwing a protest vote to the Liberals on the off chance they COULD (longest shot ever) win. The way the Liberals are organized now, from what I hear from some close, disgruntled insiders, they have no capabilities of coming close to governing. So my protest is going to the NDP. It's not even close to what I believe, but the next time I get into an argument with any of my left wing friends, I can also say I voted NDP once.

I'm going to bet that we see a lot of voters stay at home this election. Enough to ensure that the Tories mandate won't be strong, which will probably cause the formation of that party that Albertans feel would help our province move into the future reality. Something environmental and market driven, with a strong concern for social problems would be my bet.
