My neighbor never cuts his grass. As a result he had Canadian Thistle, Perenial Sow Thistle, clover, Dandelions, Night Flowering Catch Fly, Shepards Purse all flowering and some waste high. He also had Crack Grass that was setting seed. I let it go the first year. Then after a person came up to me in my drive way this summer and asked how I could put up with it, I called the By Law Officer. The neighbor cut his grass the next day. The weeds really bothered me but I let it go thinking the guy would do the right thing and cut it because it was such an eye sore. It also pissed me off since I put a lot of work into my lawn keeping it weed free.
