True.
But to be civil I try not to use a spot that I know a neighbour usually uses. If I have a guest coming over, I'll move a vehicle out back or around the corner (there is a greenspace so always lots of places to park).
When a "touchy" neighbour has friends over and the park where I usually do, I do get peeved by the hypocrisy (as I have seen them scold other people attempting to park).
Like sands through the hourglass, these are the spots on the street.
