So a quick question do all of you have your cars plugged in with engine heaters? Is this still required as I don't think my car even has one??
So -30 can you have skinned exposed? I think the coldest I have ever been is -15 and I worked back then as an electrician in training. First time I ever wore 2 jackets and 2 shirts and long john and still froze my tutu. Yes I am a West Coast whimp.

You guy's minus 2 feels like minus 20 sometimes though because of that...whats it called?...oh yeah, the Pacific Oceon. With the wind, the moisture/humidity just goes right straight into your bone marrow. I'm from northern BC and even I have to admit it gets chilly down there if it wants to. The drivers thing is funny to watch, It's almost like an organized sport.
