all they accomplished? Did they do nothing else except discuss lawn length? If you claim 'yes', please prove it. Show me that Calgary city council did nothing for two weeks except discuss optimal lawn length.

Should city council bother addressing these antiquated laws, or should they just leave them be and assume that nobody is going to demand a horse?

Didja hear that from your grade 12 social teacher? Do you hear your own contradictions? You don't want city council addressing lawn laws, but you do want them addressing horse laws.
