Well the Red Skins axe both of the co-ordinators and still haven't found a head coach. Al Saunders probably wasn't the greatest fit there with all the crazy schemes he's trying to run all the time. But Williams being fired as the DC is a big surprise as his defences were among the best in the NFL. Williams won't be out of work for very long and I think Saunders likely will latch on somewhere else too. Although given how much they were being paid by the Skins to be co-ordinators they might be able to sit out the year if they have to forfeit their last years salary's if they work elsewhere.

Dan Snyder is like Al Davis....except he never has won a championship, and he's far too young to have seemingly lost his mind. You have to love overbearing owners who continue to make weird descisions.
