I heard there was something like a 2 to 3 year waiting list for subsidized housing, and I think your suggestion Captain is a very good one.

I think it would be money well spent to vastly increase the availability of low income housing in this city.

I don't know if anyone here has been involved with the "In from the cold" program that some of the churches are involved in, but I'm told to see some of the young families with children can be heart wrenching.
