How long after you returned the PVR did they send notice that they lost it? I sent mine 2 months ago and I expect the same lie from them. Wondering when the bill will arrive. I should have put a bomb in the thing.

Three months after it was mailed I got the bill for $650.00..... CRTC got back to me today saying that they sent a copy of my complaint to Bell and Bell has 10 days to respond.
