Do the files play on your computer? If so it means you've acquired the liscences properly and, since irivers play wma files, you should have no problems.

Did you follow the instructions on Puretracks help site?:

To transfer your Puretracks music downloads to an approved portable device, you will need to open Windows Media Player. Once the player is open, follow these steps to complete your burn:

Click Copy to CD or Device or on the File menu, point to Copy, and then click Copy to Portable Device.

In the Items to Copy pane, in the drop-down list, click the playlist, category, or other item that you want to copy.

Clear the check boxes next to any files you do not want to copy.

In the Items on Device pane, in the drop-down list, click the device that you want to copy files to.

Click the Copy button.

The Player verifies that there is sufficient storage space on the device to copy the selected files. If there is sufficient space, the files are converted (if necessary) and copied to the portable device.

Repeat steps 2-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your portable device.
For additional information and troubleshooting procedures, press F1 from inside Windows Media Player

If that doesn't work, e-mail Puretracks.
They play on my computer. I didn't follow the instructions you listed though. I went into the I-River software, located the files from my computer and clicked and dragged them to my player. I'll try the ones you listed when I get home. Thanks!
