i'm sure you're aware that about 90% (according to stats) of these people suffer from mental illness. furthermore, these illnesses are extremely difficult to treat in an inpatient setting, nevermind an outpatient setting. very easy to make such absurd blanket statements without ever walking a mile in there shoes.
