Thinking of taking my girlfriend there on Saturday night for her birthday AND Valentine's (being cheap and doing the two in one gift). What hotels do you guys recommend that isn't too expensive. I've heard Banff Springs is pretty expensive, so that will be out of the equation.

I don't want suggestions of Super 8 or something on that level.

What hotel has the best value for what you pay for?

Restaurant suggestions would be helpful too. Something along the same lines as a Moxie's, Joey Tomatoes is preferable. Or even a Vintage (on 11th ave) comparable would fit into my budget
