Value investing, huh? You don’t ask for much. I could do a day-long seminar on that topic. Get this book and read it. He’s the father of value investing. Also, go to Berkshire Hathaway’s website and read Buffett’s annual report, particularly his annual message. If you ever get a change to go to the Berkshire AGM in Omaha, it’s a worthwhile event. I’ve gone twice now.

Yes, there are insider trading reports. Google the words insider trading reports Canada and several will come up. BTW, insider trading is not illegal, contrary to popular opinion. Insider trading is legal but must be disclosed and done when full information is available to the general public.

Sorry, I’m unable to comment on a stock, particularly on a website. Do the same due diligence you did when you bought and if it's still a good company at good value, but more. Lots more.
