I have been reading about GH3 for my Wii and there have been some posts complaining about a older guitar type that isnt as good. Something about it being black ( or white) and maybe having a cord.

Am I confusing this with GH for another system? Or should I be wary of buying one or the other if I get it used. I am assuming the newer ones have the better guitar, is this correct?
